Sam Naseer, the Founder and CEO of SN Recruitment, has built his career around recruitment excellence and leadership in the Children’s Social Care sector.
Before launching SN Recruitment, Sam held Director and CEO positions within well-established recruitment agencies, where he led high-performing teams and delivered large-scale recruitment solutions for children’s care providers nationwide. His first-hand understanding of the sector’s challenges, from staffing shortages to regulatory requirements, inspired him to create a service that is different from traditional recruitment agencies. Under Sam’s leadership, SN Recruitment operates as a consultancy partner, working side-by-side with Directors to provide strategic, compliant, and quality-focused recruitment support.
