We work with more than 140 children's residential homes across England, recruiting for every key role, from Waking Nights to Responsible Individuals. New roles land with us every day, so chances are, the right one for you is already on our desk, or will be soon.
Tell us what you're looking forWe're not a typical recruitment agency. We don't send a provider 20 CVs and hope something sticks.
We pride ourselves on truly understanding both our candidates and our clients. By taking the time to understand what each of them needs, we can identify the strongest possible match. Not just someone who can do the job, or a provider with a vacancy to fill, but a candidate and a children's home that are genuinely right for each other.
That personal approach allows us to introduce a carefully selected shortlist of candidates to every provider we work with.
To get in touch, all we need is your job title and where you want to work. Every enquiry is personally assessed by a member of our team, so when the right role comes up, you're already on our radar.
Have an up-to-date CV to hand? You can add it to the form below. If not, that's fine. We'll talk first and ask for it before we introduce you to a director.
From Registered Managers to Residential Support Workers, we recruit for every role a children's home needs.
We work with people who have proven experience and qualifications in children's residential care.
A few quick details about the role and the area. That's all we need to start.
A 15- to 20-minute call with one of our senior recruiters about what you want: location, salary, support, flexibility, and what really drives you. If you'd like to move forward, we'll ask for an up-to-date CV.
Not HR, not a recruitment team. We speak directly to the director of the children's home about you.
We don't start with a formal interview. First, we set up an informal 10- to 15-minute call between you and the director. It's two-way: they tell you about their children's home, and you get to ask why you should work for them. It's not just about experience and qualifications. You both need to share the same vision.
If you're both on the same page, we move forward to a formal interview and take it from there.
Most agencies take their fee at the offer stage and disappear. We don't. We work to get the offer across the line, including negotiating if anything isn't right for you. Every placement comes with our 12-month guarantee to the provider, so we stay closely involved and support you both for your first year. There are ups and downs in any new role, but you can contact us at any time for support. For us, it's all about building relationships, with you and the children's homes we work with.
We'll never contact your current employer without your consent.
Honest and respectful from the first conversation.
Every enquiry starts with a chat, not a CV.
A few quick details, and we'll be in touch to arrange a call.
We'll be in touch to arrange a proper conversation about what you're looking for.
